The UBCD996T with TrunkTracker IV™ Technology, offers APCO 25 digital capability, allowing users to monitor the activities and signals of city and government service departments, utilising advanced scanner technology. Uniden’s UBCD996T is poised to improve interoperability between large cities currently using the digital systems and those that still operate on analogue systems.

- Offering the new Ground Breaking Technology “Close Call RF Capture Technology” this scanner automatically “Listens” for any nearby or “close” transmissions and once they occur the scanner immediately tunes in to this frequency which is ideal for use at events or locations when the transmission is unknown. The UBCD996T is a state-of-the-art scanner radio with TrunkTracker IV™ and automatic scanning capabilities. You can store frequencies such as police, fire/emergency, marine, air, amateur, and other communications into the scanner.
