Shipping

Shipping is only within Australia. We do ship to New Zealand but post charges do apply so email us for a quote.
Pick ups are available. address and times are advertised on the front page of the website.
Items are shipped via Australia Post  on same day full payment is received unless outside of business hours.
Please allow up to 7 working days for some items to be delivered (from the day the item is despatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.
GadgetCity is not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid.
GadgetCity will make sure The buyer is aware when item is being sent. If you would like details of the item being sent or a tracking number for peace of mind we can gladly email you the details.
