This antenna can be used for universal type mountings as it is ground plane independant, ESPECIALLY WHERE THE ANTENNA MAY BE SUBJECTED TO TREES ETC BECAUSE OF IT'S FLEXIBLE DESIGN, the CH300 is Black nylon plastic type material with 4m of low loss coaxial cable. Antenna length is 350mm top to base and 3.0 db of gain. There is a fme connector pre-fitted the end of the cable so you thread the cable through a 9.5mm hole , then screw on the UHF pl259 connector also included to the end of that which is included for simpler fit with soldering or cutting required.
